This session is practical life-planning, honest reflection, and one-on-one strategy. It is NOT therapy, a psychological evaluation, medical care, or clinical advice. We do not diagnose, treat illness, or promise overnight fixes. You are always in the driver's seat of your own choices.

Is this therapy or medical care?
No. While Mama Mystic has been a bedside nurse since 1997, this session is strictly for personal strategy, life organization, and practical clarity. It does not establish a nurse-patient or clinical relationship, and it is not a substitute for medical, nursing, mental health, legal, or financial care. Always talk to your own healthcare provider about what is right for your body.
Can I reschedule or cancel my session?
Life happens—shifts run late, kids get sick, and travel plans change.
Rescheduling (24+ hours notice): You can move your session for free using the reschedule link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before we meet (up to two times within 90 days of booking).
Last-minute emergencies (under 24 hours): Because a 90-minute session blocks a large part of the day, changes with less than 24 hours' notice generally aren't refundable. That said, if a true shift or family emergency hits, reply to your confirmation email BEFORE our start time and we will grant a one-time courtesy reschedule.
Cancellations & refunds: If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, we'll issue a full refund (or hold your credit for up to 90 days if you just need more time).
No-shows & completed sessions: If we don't hear from you and you aren't on the video link within 15 minutes of our start time, the session is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Completed sessions are non-refundable.
Are there hidden fees or surprise subscriptions?
Never. Your $199 payment covers one complete 90-minute private video session and your post-session recording link. There are no recurring charges, automatic memberships, or high-pressure sales pitches.
